Review 1/11/2020: The author here runs a subscriber service with Betting Gods which appears profitable and the story goes that he was proofing a further set of selections with a view to starting an additional service. The pre trial stage was said to be highly successful and so public proofing commenced in August, the selections being for win bets placed at BSP.
After about 6 weeks when things had been less that successful we were told that backing at early prices was still proving profitable and so an alternative was offered from there on. Place betting was introduced and each way advice too.
As evidenced by our results the bank only briefly achieved any profit at all and at the end of October the trial was abruptly halted despite having advised only a couple of weeks earlier that a paid service was going to be launched. Tellingly 1 BBR member asked for a results update and was advised by Betting Gods that this was not possible!
A rather strange experience all round but I suppose no great harm done – rather surprising that a reputable publisher should get in such a knot over it though.
