Review:

A read of the marketing page for this service will give a clear insight into the author’s love of his sport and his established credentials as an owner with the consequent contacts that this has brought. He makes no bones about the reasons behind his selections which are information based and featuring strongly on 5 tracks where his contacts are strongest.

The service is email or WhatsApp based and selections are advised around the middle of the day of the race. There is no analysis but the advices are clear and easy to follow with current price available specified and the stake for each selection. All bets have been straight wins except for 1 acca. Odds have varied from as low as 1.2 to 6.5 averaging around 2.13.

A betting bank of 100 points is recommended and initial advice was that the maximum bet would be 3 points – the author indicates he considers the bet very strong by specifying Max Bet with appropriate selections even though this has no meaning stake wise. Recently some bets have been advised at 4 points stake.

Our review has seen a total of 509 bets placed with 244 (47.94%) successful. After a steady start the trend has been rather downwards and there has been a loss of 61.2 points overall with 4.37p of every £1 staked staying with the bookmaker. In capital terms the bank would now be standing at just 38.7% of the starting value.

This is very disappointing especially where a high strike rate is being achieved and a more detailed examination of the results shows that the lower end (less than 2.25) odds races are not profitable overall. Perhaps a good demonstration of the need to find value in the odds rather than just a winner. The service has made no comment on recent performance levels.

We will continue to monitor the service for a further period but in the light of the performance to date we cannot recommend subscribing.

UPDATE 19/7/2019: There seems to have been a slight change to the service style/set up since the full review and worryingly incorrect race venue advices have been received. But the results have continued their steep decline and after yesterday’s selections which included a multiple for 3 short priced runners the bank has been completely emptied. We understand that timing is a factor here but if a run such as seen recently is apparently not of concern to the service author then things are very wrong.

We are ceasing monitoring now for obvious reasons.

UPDATE June 2020: The service appears to have been discontinued so we have removed the link to avoid members inadvertently reaching an incorrect site.
