Review 17 July 2019: Although many regard greyhound racing with caution or worse there have been some successful tipping services over the years and this one although now found on the newly established Bet Professionals publishing house was operating for some years on another platform and our editor had also followed it in the past. So the background is good and the material offered on the marketing page can be relied upon.

The author is a current owner and breeder with a detailed knowledge of the greyhound racing scene and he offers his selections by email daily mainly for wins in open racing. He does also offer the occasional straight forecast.

Normally emails are received on the morning of racing – no bets are advised too – and while the odds quoted are accurate the prices do move very quickly – not surprising as the markets are generally just forming when bets are released. There is no analysis provided, the main aim being to get bets to subscribers as soon as possible.

A betting bank of 200 points is suggested and each selection is staked individually. Maximum stake is 5 points with the average being around 3.75.

In the review to date there have been 148 selections with 53 winning (35.81% strike rate) which has generated a profit of 245.4 points at a very impressive ROI of 44.03% After a slow start the bank has not been threatened in the slightest and would have increased by 123% if no withdrawals are made.

The price issue was mentioned earlier and while unlikely that subscribers would have to settle for SP if this were the case the service still shows a profit of 76.2 points at an ROI of 13.66% – at £5 per point the subscriptions are well covered even then.

Any serious punter will be splitting his capital into a portfolio and this service would be a useful component for most. Just a change from horses may be enough to tempt you? But the positives are hard to ignore here and we are happy to recommend the service which we will continue to monitor for the time being.

Update December 2020: The author has apparently suffered from Coronavirus and has stopped making selections for the time being. No information is currently available as to when (if) the service may resume.
